Karate Class (Age 7 - Adult)Our karate classes are fun and exciting! They are designed to benefit the students to improve their self-confidence, self-discipline, physical fitness, and personal safety skills.
Superior Karate offers a complete curriculum including kid's character development lessons, Tang Soo Do Karate (striking/blocking), Ju-Jitsu (falling, rolling, grappling) and Personal Defense (real-life scenario-based self-defense). Our program teaches skills that will help you suceed in class and in life!
